Wednesday, 5 January 2010, we have an islamic corpse bathing (gusl al janazah) of the late Sis. Ansari Kyoko (may Allah forgive her). Sister Ansari Kyoko ,age 43, is a japanese muslimah married with Br. Ansari Ghulam Murtaza. They stay in Saitama near Ichinowari Masjid but their 9 year daughter back in Pakistan for study. Sister Ansari Kyoko and her husband was having their married also in Masjid Dar el Arqam Asakusa around ten years ago. Janazah of Sis. Ansari Kyoko arrived at Masjid on 7.30am, then the process of bathing start around 8.15 which also attended by sisters from Hira Masjid and involving her mother. Group of muslim from Saitama came to joint the Janazah Pray along with Syeikh Ibrahim Okubo, Imam of Ichinowari Masjid. At the ground floor of Masjid, next to the bathing room, janazah pray held on 10am performed by around 25 jama`ah lead by Imam of Masjid Dar el Arqam. Then Janazah of Sis. Daurah Tokyo was succesfully held in Asakusa Masjid from 29 December 2010 to 2 January 2011. The daurah was held in Indonesian, inviting Al Ustadz Yazid bin Abdul Qadir Jawas from Indonesia. Totally around 60 male and female joint the daurah, which coming from all around Japan like Hiroshima, Nagoya, Osaka, Iwata, Sendai, Nagano, and from Tokyo itself. Some of the attendance taking advantage from the Ju-hachi-kippu service of the Japan Railways (JR).
This daurah is a series which held twice a year, every summer and winter vacation. The last summer daurah was held in Masjid Kobe known as Daurah Kobe. On last August 2010, it was the 15th Daurah Kobe. The next series of the autumn daurah will be hold at Bilal Mosque Nagano.
The daurah covering many topics including the Aqeedah, Manhaj al Islam, and Akhlaq al Islam. Most of the lesson taken from the books written by ustadz Yazid Jawas himself. There are three sect
